walmart IP, permanently gated from Neutrogena

Hi, has anyone received an IP from Walmart? I got one for Neutrogena months ago, and have about 100 units wfs. They finally decided that ‘a decision has been made’ and I can’t sell Neutrogena anymore. There are other 3p sellers on other listings. They did not ask for an invoice. Any ways around this? I’ve sold the brand on amazon for 3 years, not sure if a good track record can help my case. thanks for any input!!!

If Walmart found you, Amazon will surely catch up to you. Do you have authorization from Neutrogena?

We have found several brand that we can’t even try to list on Walmart.

Neutrogena being one of them along with Cerave, Gillette, Jergens, Oral-B, Olay.

On Amazon we have 108 Neutrogena listings with no issues - items are direct from Kenvue.

Looks like some brands are for Walmart only, Amazon does the same thing like when they kicked everyone off L’Oreal last year. They are the only seller and they doubled all the item prices once everyone was off.

You know, being customercentric.

hey sundance, I tried to open an account with Kenvue, but I can’t meet the $500k per year min. Is there another way? I was just kicked off Jergens on amazon. I’m still allowed on l’oreal. Drugstore brands are my bread n butter so not sure what this will look like in 6 months! These brands don’t give authorization, correct?

@Sundance

We’ve been buying J&J/Kenvue stuff since 2012. So I don’t know the “year” min. I do know the order min is $40K.

There’s no way around that unless you go through an authorized distributor to obtain the items.

We still sell some Nature’s Therapy items, but losing all the Hair Color was the killer since it was small, light & easy to ship.
