Walmart Orders Error?

Email this morning from Walmart Seller Central saying we had 15 orders to ship today.
Tried to batch them through for shipping - nothing.
Check our orders page, it shows no unshipped orders.
Anyone else experiencing this error today?
And as we know, support there is non existent.

Aren’t too many FBM Walmart sellers here I don’t think. We are 100% WFS so not sure what the issue may be.

For the most part, Walmart’s systems are not even as good as Amazon’s busted systems so nothing would be surprise me with either. Sadly this doesn’t help the OP.

Another system glitch for them. We did not get the order information for those 15 orders until 18 hours after the original “ship now” email was sent.
Very frustrating system.

Watch your filter settings. Chiming in late, but that’s usually where I find my error.

can you give me more information?
We have never had an issue getting orders, check almost hourly during shipping hours.
This email came through overnight and when we went into the shipping interface, there were no orders at all.
Took them 18 hours to put the information through and of course all the orders come through with a big red exclamation mark as if to say we shipped late - made no sense whatsoever.
Appreciate any info you can provide.

I wouldn’t blame yourself for missing anything or doing anything wrong. We don’t ship ourselves but have found plenty of instances where there are delays and or errors with Walmart’s various databases / notifications.

There’s a good chance you could have searched till the moon and not found these orders anywhere. Glitch for sure IMHO
