I am ungated for a brand on Amazon and wanted to cross list on Walmart too. I listed the item in my catalog, but gave an Error status after publishing it. So I opened a case and let me them know I wanted to get ungated in the brand and attached a invoice to show the items purchased from legit source. This was back on 11/14/24. I have not heard back from them at all. The case status just shows “Open” and no progress. Is there a phone number or escalation team email we can send to look at the case to help it move along?

Given the date I see on my calendar, I would expect that such requests are not being processed and will not be until after the first of the year.
Among the lowest items of importance on Internet Marketplaces this time of year are more listings.
