Since TPTB began the Fulfillment Insights Dashboard , we’ve managed to keep our handling gap to .6-.8%.(note these are tenths of one percent). We stubbornly won’t enroll in any of their automated services, though our OTDR has dipped to near(or below) the 90% for several days, no warning has appeared.
