Well Amazon actually does credit you for overpayment on USPS

I keep getting “other” transactions for $0.04 credit
It’s from USPS overpayment.

I was going to start a thread about PirateShip doing the same. I mean kinda. Shipped two identical boxes (same weight, same dim’s) and got hit with a charge of $4.21 on one box and a credit of $4.25 on the other.

Would these be USPS Ground Advantage (less than 1lb) that would have been sent to Zone 6 for 5oz to 7.99oz?

If Amazon was charging for Zone 6 for USPS GA (> 1lb) for 5oz to 7.99oz but the zone was really Zone 5 from USPS, the difference between the two zones would be $0.04 over charge by Amazon.

On NSFE, it has been reported there also but the example given was a $0.23 credit (although the seller thought it was a charge but his example was clearly a credit).
