What is your recent experience w/ FBA shipment to FC IAH3 (Houston, TX)?

One of the package of my last FBA shipment (SPD) was to IAH3. It was delivered on 8/15 by UPS, and it’s still not checked-in. The shipment workflow said: “If the shipment’s inventory is not received by Sep 19, 2024 (it was 9/9, but pushed to 9/19), then your shipment will be eligible for investigation”, so I figured there isn’t anything I can do but wait at this point.

I searched on NSFE and found a couple sellers complaining about their problem with IAH3, and I just hope my package will get checked-in before the 90 day limit when the shipment get closed and I have to go through all the trouble to ask for an investigation. But will do it if I have to.

But my current issue is I’m ready to sent out another 5 pkg shipment (get a headstart on stock up for the holiday), and one of the locations I was given is IAH3 again. I’m pretty wary to sent another pkg to there before the problem with my last pkg is resolved. I’ll try again tomorrow to see if I’d get anything without IAH3, but not sure how likely that will be.

Just want to know if anybody here have sent any SPD pkg to IAH3 laterly, and what is your experience, good, bad, as usual?

Any feedback is appriciated.

Well, that actually worked out as I hoped. I went back to the workflow this morning, removed an item then added it again, so I can re-do the webform to get the new assigned FCs. The 5 locations I was given this morning didn’t include IAH3.

Now let’s just hope the 5 locations I did get don’t give me new problems. :crossed_fingers:

Just an update about above mentioned issue. I was surprised today (9/18) that this package was actually checked-in and received. It took 35 days after delivery, but better late than never. I was really not looking forward to the whole investigation process if it doesn’t get checked-in.

For future shipments, it’s also good to know that “IAH3” might take longer to get to checked-in/receiving, but at least it does.
