Guess I’m going to have to adjust my restock timeline.
How long are you guys seeing on the “transit” time for your LTL restocks, let alone the arrival and disbursement?
End to end - 4-8 weeks. FL and CA are awful right now. NJ and PA are really fast.
TBH, check ins in CA are taking 6 weeks lately and Amazon was nice enough and smart enough to have us send 3 of a 6 pallet shipment to CA (1 pallet to Moreno Valley, and the other 2 to Stockton).
Luckily this is part of our Q4 buildup so not worried about how long it takes bc we don’t need it now.
For reference, we restock LTL when we are at 95 days left. In reality, when ish is going to CA, it’s more like 130 but we don’t make those poor decisions, Amazon does…
Remember, Amazon doesn’t want FBA inventory dropping below 70 days but they don’t give you anywhere near enough space to make that happen, so we buy it…. And then Amazon gives us our $ back. 
If you want same day / next day Prime, you have to keep a boat load of inventory at FBA at all times and that my friends is how you convert in high / ultra-high saturated categories. People want their stuff NOW NOW NOW!
