Who is changing 4000 HBA brand to TENA!!!!!! Neutrogena, Aveeno...

Hi, I got 5 IP claims, all for Neutrogena. The brand on the listings have been changed to TENA. When I click the store, it looks like the official Neutrogena store Amazon.com: Neutrogena

The TENA store has 4k listings, looks like all HBA, and all the brands are being changed to TENA. https://keepa.com/#!finder/{"f"%3A{"brand"%3A{"filterType"%3A"autocomplete"%2C"filter"%3A"tena"}}%2C"s"%3A[{"colId"%3A"SALES_current"%2C"sort"%3A"asc"}]%2C"t"%3A"g"}

I did do a hard delete on mismatched brands about a week ago, and the brands were not changed then. This is a train wreck in progress. I can’t find any info about Kenvue/ J&J actually being changed to TENA.

How can this be reported, in a way that Amazon will actually listen?!!! Thanks for any advice!!!

Generally speaking, the most-effective way of combating co-opting/hijacking situations like this stems from the complaint arising directly from the legal representation of the IPRO (“Intellectual Property Rights Owner”) itself; if we ourselves had a contractual arrangement with such a Brand Owner, I wouldn’t hesitate to make inquiries with our Sales Contact.

That being said, TENA® is a well-established brand - not some foreign-based interloper, which is more-typically the source of such unwelcome changes - and judging from the way that both Brand-level & Vendor-level (“From the Brand” & “From the Manufacturer” headings) EBC/EMC appear on the few ASINs I checked upon seeing your thread here, it wouldn’t surprise me to learn that J&J has made some unannounced contractual arrangement of which I’m unaware.

I wonder if one of our resident Health & Beauty experts, @Sundance, might be able to shed more light on this subject?

Was thinking the same…

Essity owns Tena and Essity does not own Neutrogena… That’s a J&J brand…

This is weird

Yeah we got hit with…

Suspected Intellectual Property Violations (20)
Neutropenia, AVEENO & Johnson’s

It’s more of Amazon kicking off all sellers but themselves

Today I woke up to all 20 violations just vanishing, I guess somebody got Amazon to listen.
