I don’t need Amazon creating cases unsolicited to spam me about FBA, especially
[Action Required]
you know that you could be missing out on sales opportunities because of low/missing inventory
They already do it by email and on Seller Central.
Just a few months ago I couldn’t send what I needed to, now they’re pestering me to send more. At the same time they are fighting me on a case of 60 units they lost on delivery. Shipment received and checked in, zero units counted.
I think I will ignore the call to action and not open the case in the log.
