I would so love to deliver a Neener Neener message.
I hesitate to pop some (non alcoholic) bubbly since these types seem to have nine lives and rise from the dead.
Maybe I’ll just open an O’Doul’s Amber instead.
It depends on how broad the suspension is. If they were suspended just for the feedback manipulation, that might be appealable. If it includes product authenticity concerns for basically everything they’ve ever sold, they’re probably sunk. There’s also, of course, the option of reappearing under family members’ accounts.
Suspensions are normally for one thing, but SP looks at EVERYTHING during the appeal. They may not say it (cause they are template rejections) but they see all
This is generally true, which is why an ounce of prevention is literally worth more than a pound of cure. If you avoid being suspended by dealing with individual problems, it’s a lot easier than getting suspended and trying to explain a whole laundry list of problems.
There has been some interesting Seller Feedback posted over the last 24 hours:
Maybe they stopped giving any kind of customer service now that they’re suspended, which would trigger a higher amount of negative feedback.
Hopefully true because it will just add to the pile of reasons why Amazon might not ever reinstate them.
They just keep adding kindling to the pyre…
I mean the one feedback says someone asked for a refund and they were told NO, so yep, I would agree with you on that!
A distinct possibility, I would think, but I’m wondering if the response from “Laura” on 6Mar`24 is any indication of what the OP mentioned about sourcing out the backdoor from pharmacies.
Yeah, that would make sense. Maybe the pharmacy’s shipping for them and stupidly putting their own return address on it. Wonder if there’s any pharmacies in westfield with a pharmacist named “patel”
This place looks like a trustworthy place to get your medication from:
(No clue if that’s the place, but that just came up when looking for pharmacies in the area and looks shady af)
S at least a couple mods are actually watching the thread … and my last post
9 posts were merged into an existing topic: Training the NSFE mods
That first one is March 9, 2024 … so it is a pre-negative review or someone telling the future?

It’s tomorrow somewhere today?
I think it goes on UTC
Nail, meet hammer.
Yep! I hope Amazon is investigating this whole saga thoroughly, looking for all players and putting some accountability in place.
My guess is the account that was used to make that forum post is one of the VA service’s (and maybe affiliated youtuber’s) victims who was lured in by promises of easy money, and the VA probably got them suspended after collecting some fees off them.
I guarantee you Mr. “Not For Sale On Amazon” will reappear with a family member’s account at some point.
