Your account will be migrated to DD+7 on March 12

Did you have a refund processed? If so, that could be the refund fee, etc

I had one refund after 3/5, and the total amount that was deducted were in 2 different places: for a -$25.48 that was shown in transaction, $21.29 was deducted fr Acctount level reserve (that’s the amount I was going to get paid) and $4.19 was deducted fr Net Proceed (that first line), I think that’s because $4.19 of refund fee was added to the Expense to bring down the Net proceed.

No … and if we had processed something, it would have showed up on the Payments > Transaction page.

Could someone help me understand? I haven’t been following closely, but I think I may have been transitioned to this new DD+7 system. My account health is good. I usually get paid every other Wednesday but according to this I have everything in reserve?! When will the funds be released. There is no option to request now, it’s greyed out. Help!

You have been transitioned to DD+7.
Change the Funds Available drop down and select At Settlements End. You will see what Amazon projects as your next payout on 3/18/2026.
Also, take a look at the All Statements tab. It will help you understand how Amazon is moving the money.

Also, read this thread …

Thank you for your help. At Settlements End also shows $0.00. I have a question, if my delivery is late does Amazon continue to hold the funds until tracking shows delivered?

Funds are supposed to be released Delivery Day +7 or Estimated Deliver by Date (given on the order) +7 … which ever of the two is the earliest.

So far, we haven’t had a late one and each order has been release by Delivery Day +7 with the exception of one which was release on Estimated Deliver by Date (given on the order) +7 (this was the first order after transition).

How are you tracking this? all my transaction statuses say Released?

Prior to being transitioned to DD+7, we set up an excel sheet where we tracked all orders so we knew which orders were involved that were “Released” but payment was held up at transition. We tracked when they actually got delivered and what date each DD+7 day would be. Over the first 10 days of being on DD+7, we watched what Amazon put into the Funds Available column. We compared that to what we expected based on when orders were delivered. All of our orders cleared DD+7 by the 9th day after transition and, by the 10th day after transition, our Funds Available represented the original amount held by Amazon minus all of the shipping charges made during the same time. It was a PITA to do.

Now it should be easier as all orders left are in Deferred Accounts and we will be able to see exactly when Amazon releases them.

This was supposed to come into effect today, as was the daily disbursement option, but I’m not seeing it yet. I asked my SAS manager and he didn’t have any more info, directing me instead to open a case with SS first and then escalate it if can’t provide an answer (which is a given for almost anything).

Update on my account

My DD+7 email stated 03/12
Last payout was 03/05 - and NEXT is 03/19 (today)

As of today.

  1. Received an email - that a disbursement was made (this morning)
  2. Orders shipped today are still being released (not going directly to deferred
  3. As well the “Product Charges” AKA sales are increasing by todays shipments, as is Net Proceeds, and the Acct level reserve is $0.00

BUT - On the Disbursements (Transfers page) for the period 03/05-03/19 there is only listed a payout amount and group # with NO DATA YET in the Processing, Sent to AZ Bank, and Acknowledged by and Trace ID.

I do not know if this is unusal, as I never had cause to notice, but on every prior Disbursement the Processing Initiated is ALWAYS at 2:18am (that would be this morning 14 hours ago), and the Set to AZ Bank is ALWAYS at 12:18am the next day (that would be tonight - 8 hours from now). Confused why the Processing Initiated has not been updated. Could it be that this data is only populated at acknowledgement? Whatever…

Eventually I will get ensnared - just hope not today as I seem to be this close squeezing under the bot radar.

Look on the Payments > All Statements tab …

Does the Others column have a negative amount (this would be the amount you would be expecting)?

If Others does have a negative value equal to what your disbursement should be, then you are being transitioned with this disbursement of $0.00.
If Others is $0.00 (or something considerably lower), then you are not being transitioned with this disbursement.

It does show this. The DD+7 email, though, mentioned that on-demand disbursements would be available. Not sure why we wouldn’t be transitioned to this… I guess I’ll have to wait to hear back from my SAS manager.

All Statement Others Column is $0.00

Payout Amount is Positive - Same amount as the Disbursement amount

Still no update on the Disbursement Page.

I knew I saw this somewhere - forgot there were 2 threads.

This explains clearly. Thanks…

In my case both Z and A are zero.

Looks like Amazon is releasing a more thorough payment report in response to the complaints about this:

Updated payment reports simplify accrual reporting for delivery date-based reserves

About Amazon Mar 18, 2026 2.9K views

We’ve heard your feedback about how reports based only on payout timing made accrual reconciliation more difficult, especially when some transactions are deferred.

By April 30, 2026, we’ll update the Date Range Transaction and Summary reports for our US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil stores.

This change applies to the following users:

  • Sellers who are subject to delivery-date based reserve policies and can view deferred transactions on the Payments dashboard
  • Developers who access transaction reports through the reports API

The updated reports will provide a clearer view of accrued earnings for month-end reconciliation and financial reporting.

By April 30, when you request a Transaction or Summary report for a period beginning January 1, 2025, you’ll notice three key improvements:

  • All posted transactions are in one place. Your reports will include both transactions that have already been released to your balance, as well as transactions that are deferred under delivery-date based policies. You no longer must download separate deferred transaction reports to view deferred activity.
  • Activity is indexed by posted date. The Date/Time column in Transaction reports will reflect the transaction posted date, rather than the release date, or payout eligibility date. This posted date provides a more consistent view of activity during the period that you select.
  • You have clear visibility into deferred versus released statuses in same report. There will be a new column in Transaction reports that shows whether a transaction is deferred or released. An additional column, Transaction Release Date, will indicate when the transaction was released. If a transaction remains deferred, the release date field will be blank.

If you have existing integrations with third-party financial systems, we recommend that you update your mappings or scripts. Note that reports for periods before January 1, 2025, will continue to follow the prior format. We plan to roll out similar reporting updates for additional stores by June 30, 2026.

To view your reports, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Payments, and select Reports Repository .
  2. Under Account type, select All (Unified Reports).
  3. Under Report type, select Summary or Transaction.
  4. Set the start date in the Reporting date range as January 1, 2025 or later.
  5. Click Request report.

For more information, go to Payment Date Range Transaction and Summary reports .

To provide feedback on these updates, contact us at [email protected] .

This does nothing for when you first transition and the disbursement is held. Orders that were previously paid but held with the transition disbursement do not have a way to track through Amazon Payment page as they are slowly released to Funds Available.

After you have transitioned and made it to the point where your orders are going to Deferred Orders, then this tracking will work (although we see some little release time glitches with the first couple of orders after going to DD+7).

And notice the Sellers who are subject part … thought this was suppose to be for everyone ???

Oh well…

This sucks. Despite the delay in receiving the funds due to DD+7, I was excited about the possibility of doing daily disbursements. What’s infuriating is that they indeed never said or even insinuated that only certain sellers were subject to this.

systematically activated based on internal criteria

AI has done some crazy stuff but were not sure how or why and we can do nothing about it, sorry.
