My DD+7 is March 12 - So I will post back how this is resolved ![]()
The way that reads is more like DD+8. If the DD is the 6th and funds are available on the 14th, then that is 8 (6 + 8 =14). If this is true, then we should have one available tomorrow (Feb-27 + 8 = Mar-7).
Amazon has been sending us “Disbursement Attempted” messages for 5 or 6 months now at time of our usual payout. .
However, last night , after sending us another of the same, the Disbursement amt shows as “CANCELLED”, then “FAILED DISBURSEMENT”
(no attempt, failed or otherwise, to disburse when we search our business account) and is now termed "CARRYOVER**
Presently, approx a third of the “Carryover” amt, is termed ACCOUNT LEVEL RESERVE Doesn’t shock me-was expecting a reserve-but AMAZON’s withholding our regular disbursement, does. .
So BEWARE! If your disbursement is supposed to be scheduled in the NEXT WEEK-TPTB will steal it from underneath your nose! It’s not DD+7, it’s DD+15 or even DD+21 since we’ve received no disbursement since 3rd week in FEB (PAYMENT DASHBOARD states:
*Transfer of XXX scheduled to initiate on 3/20/2026 That’s a month, plus a day , between disbursements.
Anyone else have this occur instead of a disbursement???
Ours would have been tomorrow night but we expect nothing at this point because Amazon put everything in Account Reserve. We expected to have a few orders clear the DD+7 and move to available, but they have not. To have everything in Account Reserve when we haven’t had an A2Z for over 3 years (only 8 in all dating back to 2017) and can’t even remember a charge back is total BS.
And we have had zero sales since 3/4/2026 (the day before our move to DD+7 and the Amazon melt down). Not sure we want to have any more sales on Amazon if everything is going to be held in Account Reserve. Talk about theft.

I initiated a transfer on the 5th, Amazon cancelled it. Now, I’m in the DD+7 boat with all of you.

Everyone is suppose to be DD+7 by March 12, 2026 in the USA. Have you checked you product listing’s detail pages after Amazon’s melt down on March 5, 2026? If you haven’t, we suggest reviewing them as some of the new product detail pages have errors cause by the AI implementation.

With a bit over 3000 ASINs that already have too many Amazon and listing originator created errors I’m not bothering.
I’m spending my spare time since sales are slow adding as many items to eBay and another site I sell actively on. I might even get around to restarting my own websites again.
Too much inventory to actually even think about retiring. Oh, and I have to put in restock orders this weekend…
After Handmade recategorization, I had a number of variation listings where variations were flagged as “policy violations” that had been successful listings for years. I and support could not fix and their only suggestion was to delete and start over. Finally deleted and started over but they will never recover. Amazon is a total dumpster fire.

You can’t because they aren’t available now.
Those funds will be available some time between now (when you have no funds available) and the scheduled transfer date of 3/13. They want you to have hope.
When funds become available, the Funds Available field is not 0, you can click request payment button and funds will be disbursed in the usual manner

Has anyone gotten a straight answer out of Amazon (I know, dreaming here) as to why all of our funds are in Account Level Reserve? All of my orders that have shipped show that the funds are “released” but no such funds have been released.

All of ours went into Account Level Reserve also. Of those, ten of them have been delivered. Of those ten, only one has met the DD+7 … but it has not moved to available yet. Four more will meet DD+7 on 3/10 … two on 3/13 and two more on 03/15.
On 3/11, we expect 5 orders to be available. If not, we will open a case as instructed by KJ_Amazon on NSFE.
Maybe DD+7 hasn’t been implemented for me yet but I have the entire balance “available” now with a very small amount deferred. Of the deferred, they are all invoiced orders. Anyone else not seeing anything different? I’m 100% FBA so maybe there is something with that? I’ve never had the ability to request disbursement so what’s “available” really won’t matter to me until my disbursement date.
I went back and looked at the DD+7 emails and what I received was the same as everyone else so I was expecting this to start already. Not that I’m looking forward to it, just surprised to see no changes.
I’m 100% FBA, too. The only deferred transactions I have are liquidations and a few of those “invoiced orders” that hang around forever. Everything else is in the reserve with nothing available now.
There were suppose to be two rounds … 3/5 and 3/12.

My involuntary confiscation is on the 12th so at the moment everything is “normal”.
A few days ago @Wade_Wilson said they got pick pocketed early. I meant to ask if their email had said the 12th or if they had the wrong date for the theft.
So far I have a “normal” situation and will plan on taking the money every day as well as anything left on the 11th.
I do have one other site that is delaying payments but only for 2 days. They are saying “the settlement timing for items shipped for XXXXX orders will change. Previously, the settlement batch date for shipped items was the set to the shipment date. There will now be a two business-day delay to allow for the movement of funds from the customer to become available.
- What this will typically mean is that order items (for XXXXX orders) which are shipped on a Thursday or Friday will now fall under the following week’s settlement batch, instead of that same week’s batch.
It almost sounds as though some people have word of disruptions to the Fed system (or are anticipating some serious hacking and disruptions to funds flow).
