Did anyone get this email message?
I checked the messages on eBay and it is indeed an email from them. However, my account is up to date. When I click on “Please Pay Today” just to see what they want me to pay, there is a blank page. When I check my transactaions, I owe nothing. So what’s up with this message? There seems to be no way to reach a live person, so what to do?
Does the sender show from @ebay.com? If not it is a scam. You can report to [email protected]
Check for any balances from ads, title upgrades, etc or if you CC is not expired.
I went to the eBay messages, and it’s there on eBay, too. It does ACH withdrawals from my bank and the last withdrawal was on June 11. I don’t see it on my bank yet, but eBay shows it went through. My bank shows all other charges went through. I don’t make any money on eBay. In fact, I’ve given up on it. I’m just waiting for my subscription to expire.

I’d call them. Take what they say with a grain of salt, but it’s a place to start.
I’m chatting with them right now and the guy says there’s no balance due. He says it’s a spoof email. I said, then how did the last guy see that email? It’s in the eBay system. It’s in the eBay message folder. I’m on my third specialist right now.
ETA: Fourth specialist now. Am I going up the ladder, or are they just transferring me around in a circle to get rid of me?
I’ve always found that people are much more comfortable being lazy, lying, or just useless via text than over the phone, when they can hear you press them for answers in real time. One of the reasons, I believe, that companies want to phase out phone support.
So basically, it took 4 people to finally tell me it’s because I had a charge on file. They sent me that message even though the charge was paid. So, I wonder if I will be getting this email every month.
