Did anyone else get one of these emails? I would actually be for it if mods paid extra attention when we tag them because it is over our heads as sellers. I feel bad trying to help some people that legitimately need higher levels of support and mods never respond…or give us a tech support link because that is 99% of the reason I tag a mod. Thoughts?

They are offering one on one sessions and free admission to Amazon events depending on participation.

IDK a direct line to someone at Amazon once a quarter might not be a bad thing.
Some of us are on the forums regularly, mostly tagging mods when it isn’t the same “oops I was doing retail arbitrage of Nike, how do I get my account back” and legitimate tech support issues. Tagging mods hasn’t been working lately so being a voice isn’t a bad thing, to me anyway.

I’m still tagging them but it is not unusual for them to take a week now. I suspect they might have actually meant it for a change when they announced a while back that tagging them was not needed anymore!

I thought I had bookmarked the post but I can’t find it. Go figure.

We pay thousands for this through the SAS program.

Yea, I would say it’s worth it for doing what you were doing anyway…

Got that as well-I did participate in the last seller engagement opportunity and got a nice gift card out of it. I would prefer another gift card. I am sure a lot of you know I am on the NSF still and contribute a lot-my assumption (I know, I know) was that since I was a part of the last event and contribute so much (not always right, but I try :slight_smile:) that when I reach out to the Mods, that I would get some kind of response, but nope. I am on the fence about this one.

Agreed, the one post I made mods didn’t respond. They are probably using AI summaries of what people are posting about so the single random issues don’t get noticed. I say that, but you probably saw the one spammer on there warehouse theft - reporting every post and he is still at it. I am sure their AI summaries picked up on all of our flags…?

So it might start seeing tumbleweed soon from anyone who can help with anything. If we don’t have support from them while helping other sellers on their platform, then it is going to be adding to the daily frustrations.

I will probably give it a shot and see if it helps any, but if not I will probably discontinue it.
