Sorry to hear that. It’s not normal to lose buy box eligibility for all products. Do you still have the account deactivation threat banner on your seller homepage?
No – all reference to “Inform” or verification has vanished.
When I lose buy box eligibility it is normal that it be for all – I only sell books.
Sent our bank statement on Thursday, 5/25. Waited patiently over the holiday weekend hoping the annoying “Your account is at risk of deactivation” banner would disappear.
Today we received the email
Dear Seller,
Your bank account information has been verified. You can now disburse your funds to this bank account.
If you need to verify any additional bank accounts, visit your Deposit Methods page in Seller Central.
Sincerely,
The Selling on Amazon team
Hope you had a nice, calm, relaxing weekend Amazon. And thanks for letting us know we can disburse funds to the same bank account which has been receiving funds from you for the past decade.
Now if they would remove that aggravating banner…….
Yep, I’m waiting for the aggravating banner to be removed. I verified my identity and got the green check on May 25. The banner is still on my seller page. I’ll report here once it disappears.
Received a similar message
“We have reviewed the documents that you provided and were able to complete your verification process. You can now sign in to Seller Central and start selling on Amazon.”
However nothing changed - I still have just the “Identity” checked off
I replied tot he case with:
Great news BUT- when will the “Your account is at risk of deactivation” be removed from our account?
Shouldn’t this go away if the verification has completed?
Thanks for sharing this with us. Many people here (me included) are also waiting for the account deactivation threat banner to disappear. Like you, I have my Identity checked off. The rest is still just round circles. I’ll update you guys if anything change.
We’re up to 3 checks now.
- Identity
- Phone No.
- Tax ID
Good for you. I only have 1 check on Identity and no change since last Friday…
Same here.
Address verification is still needed but no instructions how to verify it. I found they had changed my business address today (I’ve been monitoring that daily due to reports of changes). I changed it back to what I had (PO Box). I assume there will be a postcard sent to complete this verification. I never did get one before when many sellers did.
Did you have blue text links on the Account Health page for the Phone Number and Tax ID that alerted you to take action?
Thanks for sharing the update. Here’s my update to share to the group. Today I received 2 more green checks (originally only one green check on Identity): phone number and tax ID number. The Bank Account and Business Address also became enable for me to click and work on it. See the screenshot below:
I welcome this progress. They’re working on it.
One question for you, how did you get such an impressive Account Health score at 812? Mine is only 312 and I have 0 for all items (see screenshot below):
I honestly don’t think there is a rhyme of reason - there are guys in here who have close to 1000 - just not having any health violations I suppose but no one knows how the exact metric works - and I’m all FBA
From what we understand (read somewhere), volume has a lot to do with getting a higher score in addition to overall health scores and no violations.
I do have some volume ![]()
Same here. All 100% FBA.
The higher volume, the higher health score? What’s considered “high volume”? $10K/month, $100K/month, higher? Just curious.
It’s a formula. IIRC, On OSFE @oneida_books and @joebcrafts had really good explanations about it. The higher volume, the higher the health score…assuming there are no violations. I’ll try and find the formula & explanation.
Do you mind provide the link to that conversation? I hope it’s on SAS because I can no longer access Amazon Seller Forum. Thanks.
I know there is a discussion about it here, just not sure what to tell you to search for to find it. Getting above 200 is totally about volume. If you have a perfect score and almost no volume, you are at 200.
