Amazon is genuinely concerned about the success of my business…
For 8 months last year I almost couldn’t buy a sale due to what amazon had done to my account. Sure they eventually got my account functioning again but it is still not right. I think their actual goal was to get rid of some of the sellers in the coin category and they got caught. Sure amazon is genuinely concerned about my business. I would still like to know why I wasn’t reimbursed my pro merchant fee last year and made whole based upon previous years sales.
No…I do not feel that amazon cares about my biz or anyone else’s for that matter.
Amazon is genuinely concerned about, and laser focused, on Amazon.
You cannot count on them to even know the issue (they would have to read the case for that to happen)
Calling them Selling Partner Support really creeps me out, rather like the phrase “strange bedfellows”.
