How to set employee account with limited access

Hello fellow sellers, how do I set up employee account for them to work on sending just FBA shipments( printing barcodes and UPS shipping labels only). I could block everything except FBA dashboard page. How can I block access to dashboard? Thanks.

I may not always be able to see the harbingers of a looming fire in this or that situation, but I can always smell them.
