Amazon Seller Central Issues 12-8-2024 - 12-9-2024

In addition to the payment delay on seller central, there are delays on the buyer side also. We sent an item to our daughter in Las Vegas and it arrived without the charge unit. We asked for a replacement and set up a return to UPS with the QR code. Item was returned to UPS on Sunday (a day after delivery) and she got the UPS receipt. Normally, once UPS in in possession then Amazon sends an email confirming the return has been accepted by UPS. We have not received the notification email and it has been 3 days. We expect that we will have to fight the charge for non returned item sometime in February.

Amazon has truly outdone Glitchmas this year …
