"We are contacting you regarding a shipment you sent with Amazon Shipping. Shipment that includes Tracking ID: TBAxxXXXxxxxxx has been flagged as non-compliant with our service guide.
Upon inspection, it was determined that the pallet was Oversized Pallets. Please see attached image(s) for reference. You can find more details on how to stack and secure your pallets in the attached Palletization Guide. Please note that we do not support double stacked or pinwheel loaded pallets at this time.
To rectify this issue promptly and ensure compliance, we kindly request that you complete the attached Plan of Action template and return it to us by 17:00 on 1st of November.
Please be aware that we may suspend your account or take other action if you do not return a completed Plan of Action or we are not confident in the actions you’ve taken to remove the risk of reoccurrence. Thank you for your support.
Please let me know if I need to switch to another carrier by 17:00 on October 31st otherwise I will not be confident in your ability to pick my packages up on Monday and will be forced to disable Amazon as a carrier.
Thank you for your support."
I think Amazon is getting a little big in the head if they think they can start treating small parcel delivery like Amazon with this POA bullhookey.
This cannot be seller related unless you actually put your SPD shipments on a pallet. This clearly has to do with the crossdock carrier assigned to your shipment. I would reach out to Amazon Shipping in their help section and avoid seller central for communication.
