Aurhotizing 3pl on Amazon Account

Hi Fellow Sellers,

I need assistance with adding a third-party logistics (3PL) company’s app to my seller account.

Previously, there was a button option to add an app where I could enter the client ID and app secret, but I can no longer find this option.

Please confirm if this functionality has been moved to a different location in Seller Central. I have the app ID and client secret provided by the 3PL company and need to complete the app integration.

I have added apps this way by going to “Manage Your Apps” section.

First … welcome to SAS!

This is what we could come up with …

To add an app to your Amazon Seller account, log in to Seller Central, navigate to the Apps and Services menu, and select Explore Services or Manage Your Apps. Browse the Selling Partner Appstore, select the desired app, and click Authorize Now to grant necessary permissions. Ensure you are logged in as the primary account owner.

From what we see, there is a link on the upper right “See Notifications” that will take you to the apps. You would select the app you want and then click the “Authorized Now” button.

Thinks for your response but when i go through this way i had to login to the app i want to authorize.

I have login id and password for Extensiv account, provided by my 3pl partner. However i don’t have permission to do it as seen in attached image.

My 3pl partner is insisting to use the provided Customer ID, Client ID and Client Secret to add it manually or the other way they informed is that they need to ask Extensiv to create a “Integration Manager Account” which will cost me additional $40 per month.

Are you signed in as the Primary Account Owner?

Let’s tag @oneida_books as we think he has more experience with this.
