Those were the days … but things have changed recently. In fact I can’t even access my own Seller Account right now because of one of them.
Amazon has required:
- Apps get approval/registered to access the API’s, and it requires a lot of specific qualifications
- As of a few days ago, ANYONE providing a service and using Secondary User Access register through the Solution Provider Portal (SPP)
I have no idea how all this affects things for you, or everyone, because I can’t get into Seller Central to look at what likely has changed.
What I do know, or think I know, is on 3/26 if they didn’t complete registration through the Solution Provider Portal (SPP) that they likely can’t help you right now.
If they did they should be able to tell you how to authorize them on Amazon.
