Seems like things are back to normal. I wasn’t able to access sellercentral and then for a time I was but partially loaded with missing data/unavailable. My PDP were down entirely meaning I could see the product post search on .com but if I clicked the images to go to my PDPs - I would get the dog with page not found - multiple browsers. Rank seems fine.

Quite a scare when you can’t see your products on amazon whereas I could click on competitor PDPs with no issue.

MAJOR Aws outage this morning

And yet it “only” lasted about 3 hours (according to the article I read).

The world is so interconnected.

Still on going.

I had to reload the Veeqo page every time I shipped something. If I tried to buy the label for more than one shipment I would get an error.

I also was unable to print a scan form.

Can’t log in, won’t sent me the 2fa code (or at least, I’m not getting one). Oh well, should probably resolve later.

It’s weird, yesterday starting around 4PM ET the floodgates opened and I was absolutely hammered with orders all evening. To a degree I haven’t seen in years, and only during the holidays. After the rest of the weekend had been notriceably slow. I kept wondering when the other shoe was going to fall (not that I minded the orders, mind you, it just isn’t the norm for me on Amazon anymore). Then this morning I woke up to learn that AWS-mageddon was under way. Had a brief period of orders coming in around 7AM, which shut off by about 8 and haven’t seen an order since. Whatever it is is clearly still ongoing, and according to Down Detector is worse than the first wave.

Yea, haven’t seen an order come through in over 2 hours (FBA).

I began seeing issues after midnight MST. It showed me the current page’s new features (wasn’t this a few months back?). Then the sales and orders boxes were not updating. Couldn’t get to some pages.

This morning it appears to be working mostly - but it is very slow.

Before this SNAFU, I was going to ask if others are seeing their sales drop off since the government shutdown. My sales have dipped about 30-60% (depending on the day).

My FedEx driver has said he’s making fewer deliveries. My UPS driver told me that volume has dropped off so much that his route is being broken up on some days and given to 3 other drivers.

So when I saw $0 sales this morning, I’m thinking that the economy has slowed, on top of an Amazon programmer making an Ooopsie.

That’s what my laptop shows too.

Yea, I’ve got nothing now. No App, no Desktop. Everything is frozen. Last sale (when it was working), was at 10:29 AM EST.

I have a scheduled SAS call (using Amazon Chime), in 3 mins.

Somehow I doubt that’s going to work.

Good news though, Reddit is still down.

I was able to ship orders until about 15 minutes ago, now the Unshipped Orders page is blank. Luckily I got all the ‘ship by today’ orders done but there are more to go forTuesday that have disappeared.
The shipped orders did not leave the unshipped page all morning, and the shipped page was blank.

Not sure who else out there uses the API in addition to the Seller Central interface, but our API connections are failing now as well.
