ShipStation is down, been down since 5am today. “AWS issue”
It (ShipStation) is still not up, we are using PirateShip or at least trying to… Time now 2:18PM EDT.
Sales trickling in now, but seems like we took a sales hit; unlike in the past when only seller dashboard was down and .com was up we would see true sales numbers reflect; but since the outage affected retail side as well, seems like the $ delta is coming out of our pocket. Ah well.
I’m see the orders, just not seeing the $ total update.
The hilarious part is some noob right now is thinking “OMG THEY ARE GETTING STUFF FOR FREE!!!”
I lost my ‘tech savvy’ a few decades ago so thanks for the bookmark comment!
I was able to get in and put in all my tracking numbers.
THEN the fun began – my ‘ready to ship’ number started going UP! It showed all the orders I had put numbers in for back in the queue (a ‘Q’ followed by silent letters
).
When I clicked to see the order I could do everything EXCEPT reenter the tracking number.
Minor panic since I ran out of my blood pressure meds last week and had to get them this afternoon. I’m glad I don’t have a blood pressure cup at home…
Anyway, it took about 20 minutes or so for those to finally go into the shipped section where they belong!
Back to the boring ‘normal’ until Amazon bleeps up again!
My wife called and asked if Seller Central was back up and running, and I said “No, it will probably be another hour till it gets fixed” So in a sultry voice, I asked “Do you want me to come home for my lunch hour?” She replied “Sure. But what are we going to do for the other 58 minutes?”
Not that this is important, but this is working again as well. So sounds like outside served systems are back. I would imagine Eufy would be low on the totem pole so probably a good sign.
