Banner ads above my listings - Grr!

Trying to set one of these up - It’s a regular campaign with ‘Image’ ad format > product to advertise = the ASIN I want them to see > Contextual Targeting > Individual Products > Enter MY ASINS in a list. Is that correct?

It’s because Sellers are more interested in what Buyers might actually be looking for. Amazon just wants to point them to certain listings.

As a Buyer, more than once I’ve finally clicked on search result out of desperation, and then seen a banner ad on that listing for the thing I was actually searching for. And I gratefully clicked! The advertiser knows what I mean, even if Amazon “doesn’t”.

Yes, I believe it’s sponsored display that will get you the banner ads on your products.

@Amazon_Seller and @LR72 I think only Brand registered or waived sellers get it, right?

I believe that’s true, but I think you can do other ads that target your own products without brand registry or brand registry waiver.
