Does Free Economy add extra transit time over Standard? Like you, I only offer Standard (with $0.00 setting) with GA. It still displays Free Delivery on the order page so I don’t know what the advantage would be to use a free economy template. I don’t know if it is still a factor but it seems like “Standard” was required for all the protections???
I do charge for standard and more for expedited
I was not aware that standard would display Free on the order page, is it also on the offer page?
I have received the Buy Shipping protections for Free Economy many times in the past. And Amazon strikes through bad feedback due to late delivery which is one of the protections.
It could add time depending on Shipping Services selected.
If you wanted to charge for Standard Shipping, you would need to offer Free Economy for customers to see an option for free shipping.
Yes it is when using SSA, AHT and Amazon Buy Shipping (like you and we do).
Economy, Expedited, 2 Day, 1 Day and same day are not covered when going for the Claims Protection and OTDR Protection.
It shows for us in both the search result page and the item offer page with us using only Standard Shipping and not charging for it.
If you have the Claims Protected badge on the order after buying the shipping label through Amazon, then you have the same protections. We have it on all of our orders.
I don’t have anything enabled. I am still getting feedback strike-throughs. I have not had any claims since they started the SSA, AHT and no metrics hits for OTDR.
So, I will probably find out if I’m protected between now and Christmas! Maybe due to the late delivery risk labels I bought yesterday and today.
Late Delivery Risk labels have no protections.
Claims Protection is available without SSA & AHT enabled as long as you ship by the last ship by date AND the item is scanned by the shipping services on or before the late ship by date AND the label is bought through Amazon Buy Shipping.
To get OTDR Protection along with Claims Protection, you have to enable SSA and AHT AND use Amazon Buy Shipping.
Early on in the SSA / AHT program, we did have some Late Delivery Risk labels. We were fortune enough that all were delivered on time and no A to Z claims on them. Hopefully, this will happen for you too.
I know this, I’ve gambled on 2 labels so far.
This is standard protocol here.
