Can I get your opinion on this POA?

Dear Seller Performance Team,

I am writing to address the Authenticity violation that was raised by Amazon regarding ASIN B001TK8TJO, Five love languages How to express heartfelt. I take full responsibility for the concern and would like to present my comprehensive plan of action to rectify the situation and prevent similar issues in the future.

Root Cause Analysis

After thorough investigation, I have identified the root cause that has led to my selling privileges in this specific category removed.

● I am unable to provide valid invoices from verifiable suppliers that meet Amazons invoice requirements.

● I have also ascertained that this has led to the authenticity of the ASIN in question to be unverifiable.

Immediate Corrective Action

● We have removed the ASIN B001TK8TJO.

● We have removed and disposed of any other products that we have purchased from this supplier.

● We have read articles and watched Amazon Seller University videos pertaining to Amazons policies regarding our responsibility in verifying suppliers and making sure we have all the proper documentation that meet the requirements set forth by Amazon.

Preventative Measures

To ensure compliance with Amazon’s verification policies and prevent authenticity to be called into question in the future, we will implement the following preventative measures.

● We will only purchase directly from the manufacturer or authorized distributor, and we will suspend sourcing items if we cannot verify the supply chain.

● We will dedicate a trained employee to monitor account health to make sure any policy violation is responded to and resolved in a timely manner.

● We will make sure all Amazon policies that apply to our product listings are adhered to.

We understand and respect Amazon’s responsibility to protect all customers and ensure that they are able to shop with confidence!

We have also attached documentation from a verifiable supplier that we now have an account with to purchase our products from and we request for our remaining listings to be reinstated.

Thank you!

Amazon does not want “will”. They want “We Have”

But lets get to the root of the cause here.

The ASIN you posted appears to be a book. Why did you have authenticity issues? Did you list the book as new?

Overall the PoA doesn’t look bad, feels templated, feels maybe recycled. Not the worst I have seen. I hope not paid for (if so Amazon is on to those who sell them and you may get an instant ban of you use one of those)

Welcome to SAS!

Thank you. I am going to rewrite it. My main question is, i am not being asked to send a poa. I am simply being asked to provide an invoice, receipt, contract, or delivery order. What I have sent in so far, is not being accepted. My account is still open but until i can provide it i have been gated from the books category. I dont seem to have an option to appeal or do a poa. But i read on amazon forum from an amazon employee to someone else in this situation to provide a poa if they cannot provide an invoice that would be accepted by amazon.

That’s kinda impossible to read, the text is soooo tiny even zoomed in. When you get to a PC, can you copy/paste the text please

I was able to double click and it enlarged. Here is a cut and paste that I did bigger. Hopefully it is bigger here. Personally, sending a POA when they don’t ask for one sounds like opening a can of worms that the OP does NOT want to open.

Yeah, that didn’t work but double clicking does enlarge it on my system. :grimacing:

ok, that was a little better.

So they are not asking for a PoA, they honestly won’t read a poa.

What was your source for the book in question? They do offer the option for receipts. I am guessing you listed this book as new?

I have provided receipts but they just rejected it. And i dont think they will just accept a receipt because I also provided a packing slip with my info and the asin in question as well as the company name and they didnt accept that either.. i found a barnes and noble receipt as well but it doesnt have my name on it so I havent sent that quit yet. When i did send other receipts along with the packing slip to prove that it was paid for, i was told it was rejected because I send documents that were not requested. If someone were just willing to connect the dots.

They very very clearly said in this case a receipt was an option. I highly recommend sending it in.

DO NOT ALTER it in any shape or form. Scan/photograph it and send it in as a JPG/PNG (NOT PDF).

You may just be out of the book category for a while if they do not accept it unfortunately.

They are correct, as they never asked for a packing slip.

Amazon is like Simon Says. You need to follow the instructions exactly or they will instantly hit the reject button.

I have been a firm believer for the past several years that when Amazon asks for a RECEIPT (as is noted in their antiquated ‘policies’) they are trapping unsuspecting newbies into providing the rope needed to hang the seller and their account out to dry.

You are doing RA and NOT following the rules for the “new, improved Amazon”.

Since you are new just be sure to follow the requirements for the new, improved Amazon.

Have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here.

Source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK.

If you have watched any YouTube or TikTok videos FORGET everything you saw there.

Spend hours/days on Seller U and read the Forums (HERE for better information) to see all the really creative ways rookies find to get suspended by ignoring the advice above!

I have read people saying they dont like RA but I read an article that its not true that you cannot do RA.. so what is the truth?

Are you listing as New? or Used?

You are suspended and Amazon won’t accept the receipts because you are selling as New … I think that answers the question.

ETA - People say lots of things. It’s only when they get suspended that they realize it’s not necessarily true.

As New.

PS - You are jumping a bit ahead of things at this point. Wait for Amazon to respond to your latest submission. Having been sent in on Friday it could easily be Monday before you hear something.

Where was the article?

RA and selling as new is not a viable long term business model for new sellers. Ignore those that say “I’ve been doing it for years!” They are grandfathered and not all policies are enforced. New accounts all policies are enforced.

Actually, with a weekend involved, what I have been seeing on the NSFE it will be more like Wednesday (or later).

Amazon has thinned the ranks from the looks and what is left as far as real people are few and far between.
