6:12PM - First notice goes out.
7:07PM - Get confirmation that we are all set. Warning on App is gone, warning on Account Health Dashboard is gone. Warning on main dashboard is gone.
7:07PM - Get the formal notice that I need to do what I just did and what Amazon said was all set.
Did this happen to everyone? Obviously we don’t need to do anything but how dumb is this??
I just completed the verification today, but the Key Metrics main Dashboard widget still shows : At Risk Stores : 1 (the Account Health is cleared though).
what did you do to get this cleared ? open case to ask Seller Support to help ? If yes, would you mind sharing what you wrote in this message ?
Moreover, I also have not received the " Certification Complete " message yet. Afraid.
Hello, Cecilia - welcome to the SAS (“SellersAskSellers”) Forum, which I suspect you will find to be, as somany of us have, to be the BSFE (“BEST Seller Forums Experience”).
I did not open a Seller Support case - we rarely do, because the seasoned and savvy forum veterans have convinced me that it is a better approach to consider Amazon as a ‘self-service’ platform over the many years we ourselves have been Selling on Amazon (“Sailing The River” in ‘Dogtamerese’) - but I’m not sure that what I myself did to ‘tease’ the SIV (“Seller Identity Verification” in ‘Amazonese’) Amabot into submission is reproducible for your SoA (‘Amazonese’ for “Selling on Amazon”) Account.
The available evidence - here in the SAS, over in the NSFE, & in related discussion venues - would seem to suggest that our friend @DDS’ suggestion is pretty solid advice:
@papy , Are you guys all having to upload bank statements, credit card stmts, electric bills etc like we did last year, or is it just us verifying that everything still is correct?
Just got the warning banner tonight, haven’t looked further into it, just need to know what to prepare for lol!
The other emails eventually came but certainly not as fast as my other account. The main dashboard warning stuck around longer too but is now gone.
@ceciliang - Welcome to Sellers Ask Sellers. If you go to your account health and see no issues needing your attention, you should be good. Probably some glitch that will fix itself soon.
I have to commend Amazon for not sending these on the weekend or at 1AM EST like they did last year and like they do most things still - LIKE BRAZIL!
I remember being at my MIL’s country house around this time last year getting the place ready to receive my FIL from the ambulance when we moved him.
Spent the day working on the property and house and was laying in bed getting ready to go to sleep and seeing that BS pop up and freaking out and getting on this forum to talk about it… Didn’t even have anyone to complain to since I was by myself and my wife was sleeping back here…
