In the year since posting this, I have added Quebec City and Ottawa to my Canadian travel bucket list (thanks @ForestSprings !), and Banff (since I visited and loved original Banff many moons ago).
How nice of you, @Papy, to remember Canada Day!! I do hope that you have the opportunity to visit as many places on your bucket list as possible - and yes, a return visit to Banff would be well worth it.

I visited twice, one month each visit — British Columbia-Victoria-Vancouver; and Alberta-Jasper-Banff. Really enjoyed the people and place both times.
