The Walmart trust & safety team sent us an email.

I would like to get a Full list of removed items as mentioned in the email.

However, the navigation steps they mention do not exist.
Maybe it’s old instructions from an old seller central layout.
I made a case asking where I can find this report..it’s day 6 and still waiting.

Does such a report still exist.

Hi Tyler,

I could really use your help with getting my Walmart seller account approved. I applied for the program on September 22 and submitted all required documents and information by the 24th.

Since then, I haven’t received any updates. I opened a case on September 30 and got a response three days later saying it was forwarded to the appropriate department. However, I haven’t heard anything back since. I followed up on the same case but didn’t get a reply. I also opened another case last week, but it was closed with the note that another case was already open.

My account is still showing “Verifying” status. I’d greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide to help get my account verified and active.

Hi, just following up. I reached out about a month ago after you kindly offered to help, but I have not heard back yet and my case is still in verifying status. I am trying to understand the timing, especially since we are already in Q4 and I need to plan my holiday orders for Walmart.
