Look at the placement of the toilet, right next to a shelving & drawer unit. Where would you put the pipes and plumbing for the toilet? And how about the shelves & drawers? They are very shallow so you can’t get much in them. They’re only good knick-knacks and bric-a-brac.
Not good planning for a remodel.

I’m more concerned about what’s behind the multi colored curtain to the left of the shower, those are the pipes you really NEED to get at!

Water line for toilet could be just to the left of the toilet or up through the floor.
The shelving unit in front of the toilet would be our concern. It would force us to sidesaddle the toilet. Not to mention the lack of any toilet paper available.
If this was a design for 1971, then you have to realize the person went to school in the 1960’s … ya … the 1960’s … and we all know what those students were doing back then (which probably explains the lack of toilet paper being offered as it was too important to waste on anything that they couldn’t roll in it) …

So I think the forum mods are sucking up top me and I have NO idea why. I’ve been noticing this lately. their 'thank you" posts are over the top, comments such as calling my response to a post “flawless” and crap. Now I just got notification for this one
