Pretty sure it isn’t Fort Knox to get in here, but yeah, I don’t look for the locked sign. I say here what I say there, pretty much, anyways. Like I keep responding to the new AI chat bots on the forum calling them out every time I see them. I am starting to think this was the plan all along! THIS was why the forum was changed. THIS was why they wanted to drive out some of the forum old timers. They are integrating AI chat bots now. Looks like a perfect timeline, planned all along

After my wife retired from teaching Spanish for what only seems like forever, she taught ESL for over 10 years. She had students from all over though most were Hispanic.

Funny, opposite true for me. I thought I was born to be a lost soul without purpose or any success in anything I’ll ever do (I guess being told so for 15 years took a hold). I expected to die young, under 30. Was certain of it. I DID have an impressive social life then.
Now, what I actually have is a great sense of accomplishment, a business that pays my bills with less than 3 hours of work a day, and I outlived my forecast by 26 years as of now 
But I do NOT have any sort of social life Zilch!

I got 3 and each has it’s downsides! Just like life
I have two great spatulas, but struggle to find a frying pan that isn’t raised in the center so that all the stuff flows to the sides. Life is hard.

a shallow wok ??? everything seems to go to the center except the tossed stuff (which seems to go everywhere … haven’t perfected that part yet) …

So it would seem. But I’ve never experienced brain freeze, I always assumed it was a myth, urban legend, like “lightning never strikes twice” or “people will like you once they get to know you.”

I have experienced this – drinking an ice cold beer too quickly on a hot day. But I certainly wouldn’t call it “brain freeze” – just an instant ice cream headache – 'cept it was brought on by beer.
