This one’s going on Facebook!
Now to drop a bag of these off at church!
If you try a food pantry and they just laugh and reject them you know it’s been a bumper crop for the area!

“They are smart”
Hmmmph. I prefer to think of them as “Wiley”.
So, I take it that is Gene Simmons’ favorite bakery? ![]()
Come on @Dogtamer – that’s like giving the name of a song but not linking any music…
I have to admit I was puzzled for awhile.
Point with my tongue? Surely not…
Oh..Light came on finally.
Oh no. I am afraid that may be true.
One of our friends, many years ago, attempted to convince his girlfriend that milk comes from cows. She refused to believe it. Comes from Safeway.
Good for her!
Milk from cows!!?? Why, that’s udderly ridiculous.
I met a woman in her early 20s who insisted that farmers were a waste of space causing housing prices to stay high, and that nobody needed their “services” anyway. When I asked her where stores were supposed to get food to sell she stared at me like I was an idiot and said “trucks!”
When I lived out west, where there is a great deal of mineral extraction, I encountered more than a couple of people who felt the same way about mining.
As a bumper sticker in one mining town put it, “If you can’t grow it, you have to mine it” (I may be misremembering the exact wording, but you get the idea).
I can beat that! When my daughter was young 7 years old as I remember, she would never drink skim milk. When I probed further she told me, “Dad, I don’t want to drink milk made from cow skins.”
I am very proud of her, not due to that belief, but today she runs a company doing belter than my own.
