Lighten Up!

… and all these years we thought it was up the witch’s road

… given their path is usually in flight …

Two reasons: the main one being that I want to have something for kids allergic to either of those (mainly peanuts; but my best friend in 2nd grade was allergic to chocolate).
Secondly, Reese’s is dominating the Halloween candy market; and while I would have no problems with a bag full of Reese’s, there may be some kids who would like a bit of variety.

Personally, as a kid, my guilty favorite was Dip’n Sticks, which was basically a stick of hard sugar candy, with three pouches of flavored sugar you could dip into; even as a kid, I knew it was garbage. But I also loved the Hershey’s Miniatures, especially the Special Dark, because I’ve always liked dark chocolate, but as a kid (ie, no money), my mom insisted that it was the MILK chocolate that I would like whenever I got a treat.

(I saw a map of most popular Halloween candy; I think it was 45-46 states where Reese’s is #1)

My neighbor’s son has a milk allergy. I’m trying to figure out something that I can give him for Halloween. Many candies, especially chocolate, have milk products in them.

Last year (and this year too) I had Sour Patch Kids. More than one person was excited about it; one even yelling about it down the street. Although not positive if there is any milk derivative in them, but I somehow doubt it; probably nothing but sugar and artificial stuff.

Red Vines should be free of most problem ingredients. Brachs may have something as well.

I cross-pollinate my jokes — from Facebook to SAS, and SAS to FB. The criterion for sharing a joke: “Did it make me laugh?”

I used to feel bad about posting products to my FB page because I rarely posted anything else and didn’t want to come off as a a one-sided shill — but then I found JOKES and now I feel so much better about my online persona lol.

I certainly value humor contributions (and have the same criteria for which images I capture.) I hate to single anyone out because then I have ignored others – but I do have to give special thanks to @SallyAnne .

Could this explain Amazon stupidity? How any company can gather so much “information” and “data” and be clueless about what it means and how to use any of it is astonishing.
