New post on the NSFE

I have to believe that being a mod is not their only job title, I hope, just based upon the lack of action on so many things

It certainly seems that way; however, at least one has stated that they are full-time mods (don’t recall who, or the conversation).
Even someone who has other duties, if “Mod” is anywhere in their title, should at a minimum, be checking for flagged posts regularly. But I’m not convinced that the new “improved” forum even allows them to see flags.

I believe it was a conversation with @anon72228237, but they do have other Mod duties like creating announcements and following up on forum cases that have been summited to SS. :yawning_face:

I’ve also noticed their 4-day work week, for weeks; there has been little to no Mod presence on Mondays, or maybe this is their meeting day, or it could be that they are not in the US due to many posts coming in around midnight.

Welp, I don’t see GetReviews on the Seller Appstore any more, either.

That is a good response, and I hope we will see another update for the Mods regarding this issue, although with the holidays, how long will it take for them to respond?

The post has been up for 5 days with already 2.9K views, that is some serious free advertising, and you have to wonder how many new members/sellers they’ve received from this.

My flag on this was removed yesterday; the problem with flagging now is there is no way to include a comment pointing out that they are specifically leading sellers offsite. This is such a double standard; why is the entire post not deleted?

If we had to post or respond to sellers that, if anyone needs additional help, check out SAS or try this new community for free, the entire post would be deleted. Maybe the trick is to include a link and additional info, and then maybe just the link would be deleted, and the rest would remain but probably not.

They have 3 additional posts as well, responding to various sellers; they don’t include links but are asking them to check them out.

It does appear that they have been removed; there is a blank space where they used to be.

@Brigitte, the post has been up for 7 days, I was hoping that Amazon would post an official response about using the App, but sadly I doubt that we will hear anything more besides the statement posted above by Topher_Amazon.

i wasnt sure if this was going to work. like most new sellers, if someone is selling iphone cases why would anyone buy from me? But they do, and they will. and im so thankful for this platform and choice i made

Not sure what quarterly questionnaire/report this seller is referring to, but if this is the case, that’s a good point and observation.

So they deleted the second account.

I know they all say delete, but amazon does not delete.

The bigger question is why did you have a second account and why was it so easy to “delete”

That’s because they outed/doxxed them by using their Global Name which they had changed to their OSFE Name to help protect themselves
