Anyone ever see this before? Seller Feedback without words? I didn’t think this was allowed? I’ve seen feedback with a ! or some other symbol and no words but never a blank. These 2 were left by 2 different buyers.
Maybe Amazon is now allowing ratings without words now for seller feedback like they do product reviews???

Try finding it on the store page that is linked to from the product detail page and see if it shows there. On FBM, you can also see feedback on the order detail page also (we know you’re FBA so 
).
Just started getting a whole bunch of em…a day or two ago
Maybe Amazon is messing with the code and, if someone gives you a star rating (which in your case is a 5 star rating) without commenting, the system is logging the star rating and a blank comment field.

Battered and bruised, assailed (rightfully or not) by all and sundry, assaulted upon all fronts, Amazon’s original conception of feedback mechanisms soldiers on, largely unrepentant of many a past foible, mistaken impression, and heftily-imposed fine.
Sigh.
I just tried and couldn’t leave feedback without adding text … so interesting.
I believe this happens when the buyer enters 2 quotation (“”) marks as the comment.

Just to add … you can’t respond either from what I’m seeing.
So no way to do anything at all on these. What a crock!
they should just rip off the bandaid and get rid of the seller feedback system. Hardly anyone checks seller feedback which makes it a more or less useless feature.
If they displayed other, useful metrics it’d be more helpful, like total order quantity for the past 12 months, when the store was started, and on time delivery rate for FBM.
Keeping reviews and feedbacks clear and separated for Sellers is hard enough without Amazon fouling it up, too. 
Funny, that I was just coming on here today to ask if anyone else is seeing this. I have 5 in the last week or so with no words.
