Hi @Alyn_tshirts ,
Thanks for sharing the methods you have been using to report the reviews. The [email protected] report method is no longer a valid channel for reporting and appealing for review removal. You can submit reports to the Amazon Community team using the information I’ve provided in [Process Update] - Reporting Product Reviews , which includes the following path:
Visit Customer Service
Select Help with something else (if this button is displayed).
Select Something else
Select Amazon Community
Select Customer Reviews
Select Violations of our Guidelines
Select I need more help
Select Send us an email under Email us
Regards,

Hi @Eurotech -
I understand your frustration with what appears to be coordinated fake reviews. Let me provide you with additional options:
Send a detailed report to [email protected]
Include:
Screenshots of the suspicious reviewer profiles
Evidence of the same-day posting pattern
Links to the competing products they reviewed
Your ASIN and the specific reviews in question
Reference to your existing case number
When reporting, provide this comprehensive evidence package:
Document the exact dates and times of all four reviews
Screenshots showing their review history on competing products
Note that none are “Verified Purchase” reviews
Show how they reviewed similar products (vanity, shower door) on the same day
Quantify how these reviews have affected your sales
I would also consider Brand Registry. If you’re not already enrolled, Brand Registry provides additional tools for reporting abuse
I would strongly suspect that the ‘new reporting process’ was founded in Amazon’s desire to avoid even-more fines stemming from the 16 CFR Part 465/16 CFR §465-based Trade Regulation Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (link, Federal Register) having gone into effect, once the Final Rule was issued (081424), on 102124 - but almost a year later, Amazon’s efforts to comply would seem to be rather…ineffective .
`Twould appear that, like Xander last month, not every member of the FMT-CMT has gotten the memo re: the deprecation of the long-ineffectual [email protected] email address, as may be seen in these recent posts (made 112625 & 112725, respectively) by Josh:

If you don’t receive a response after using this method, please feel free to reach out here again.
Kind regards,

Hello @perfumesandrea ,
For reviews that may violate our guidelines, you can:
Use the “Report abuse” link next to the review on your product’s detail page
Email our Community Help team at [email protected] (include the review URL and explain why you believe it violates our guidelines)
If the review is not removed after using these methods, it means our team has determined it doesn’t violate our product review guidelines. For additional assistance, please contact Seller Support .
Kind regards,
-Josh
Amazon is nothing if not consistently…inconsistent.
