My god this makes them look so bad.
If I were them I would’ve just locked the thread and let it die instead of calling more attention to their failures.

Ok, seeing the date on that feedback/Buyer threat (yesterday), now I am actually wondering if DailySupplies account has in fact been overtaken by a black hat actor–maybe a competitor, an unpaid “consultant,” or bribed Amazon insider–and that the feedback threat and all scummy posts on the NSFE are indeed meant to shut down an account that has perhaps only been active due to black hat activities and run afoul of…someone?
Sabotaging a former client’s account for lack of payment was part of the Rosenberg Nilsen Leccese criminal “consultant” modus operandi, as we learned.
Not any worse then standard Seller Support. Every person who touches a case has a different answer, and 90% of the time they are wrong or against what policy says
Given how shady their business practices have been based on their long term feedback and obvious product defects, I wouldn’t be surprised if they pissed off someone who wants to retaliate against them.
Could literally be anybody. An insider/whoever they didn’t pay, a supplier they didn’t pay, or maybe a brand owner they really pissed off.
I disagree, a little. I don’t think deleting the inaccurate replies or posting the accurate reply makes them look bad. It’s educational for the Seller community.
What does make them look bad, IMO, is the time it took to recognize incorrect info and adjust–especially when other users were calling attention to it immediately.
He stated upthread that he has multiple accounts just for that purpose. I directly asked the mods if this was okay, spelling it out very clearly, as it seems to violate multiple rules. Of course, no answer.
But OP gladly brags about doing this.
Besides, multiple accounts, unauthorized products, and direct threats to customers are all “legitimate” business.
I think you might be right. In fact, as that account started posting more answers on the NSFE’s thread, so blatantly and daringly stating that they would engage in such abhorrent behavior, it occured to me that no one would be so stupid as to expose themselves like that - this indeed looks more like someone who’s trying really hard to get them shut down for good.
You really need to get out more. Plenty of cases of people bragging about things like this. But usually, they go away (permanently) in a few weeks.
I thought this too, but then I look at how ALL their products have NOT FOR SALE ON AMAZON printed on them and start to think maybe they really are that stupid.
I’d say it’s 50/50
Ohhhhh I have sooo many examples of stupid that make this guy look like Hawking.
The OP Is Arrogant and Entitled, I honestly am not blinking at any of the actions or statements posted so far
This is absolutely true and it is unclear if the MODS ever do anything about it or if they just ignore all the evidence.
I actually had a MOD humor me and open a case so I could give them some information I did not want on the Forum.
After getting all the information I had entered into the thread, I asked them if they ever kicked the evidence of violations upstairs or if they just ignored it.
At that point the thread died a painful death of radio silence…
I think an account like this has only been operating “successfully” with black hat assistance/tactics, and now either their BH “consultants” or a competitor’s own BH contractors are sabotaging the account.
Someone’s settling a score, proving a point, or sending a message.
Just more proof that because you might temporarily have the same goal as someone else (e.g., get this multi-violating dangerous account closed) doesn’t mean you share the same mission as that person (e.g., clean up the 3P Marketplace, versus hurt this one Seller for personal reasons).
Got an answer on the “multiple accounts to leave reviews” from Michelle, who verified that it’s a violation of several rules. She then asked if I had any other questions.
So I asked “Why does OP still have an account?”
(of course, as I stated there, I know that she can’t answer this; but wanted to throw it out there anyway).
there is a difference between Genius and stupidity. Stupidity has it’s limits.
You would not believe the stupid I deal with day in and day out.
MOD EDIT: Removed off topic content
So here’s some food for thought if this is the case.
Is it still considered framing someone if they’re actually guilty of the crime?
Whether it is by OP actions or some hijacker / black hat tactician, Amazon should be investigating and taking some action … even little actions along the way which should include removing the threatening feedback to buyers (who did it can be sorted out after pulling it down) as something like this tends to hurt 3P seller image in general.
This is very true. One can duplicate stupidity as in the case of Bargain and Bargain2.
I suspect that any fraud, bribes, deceptive consumer practices, and illegal Amazon account access occurring now are as illegal as any fraud, bribes, deceptive consumer practices, and illegal Amazon account access occurring prior to OP’s post a week ago.
I further suspect that this is less framing others and more outing others and themselves as black hat actors. A little bit of, “if I’m going down, I’m taking you with me!”
Whatever the case, why the H E hasn’t Amazon ALREADY disabled the account, suspended listings, hidden violating feedback and reviews, launched a full scale investigation, pulled the NSFE post?!
The account has been exposed in the thread by both the operator and multiple NSFE users as criminally fraudulent, violating, and dangerous for Amazon’s custoners–full stop. There’s no question here that they should no longer be active Sellers.
Lets keep cultural assumptions out of the conversation. Right now we are dealing with a single bad egg that amazon needs to crush
I mean, it’s not hard, if they weren’t so siloed they would just disable all accounts directly involved in this + all related accounts.
Realistically the only way they’ll care is if that account got sufficient buyer complaints about their products. They have a lot of negative feedback, but % wise it’s probably not enough to trigger a full out suspension.
The only way to get instant response from amazon is a media investigation.
Not even amazon legal can get instant results.
