Wow I think this is a new low, even for NSFE

Gotcha, so making sarcastic posts is against the rules. Making posts encouraging illegal activity isn’t.

DarrenK was the one who chose to write a thread about me as the first in a series (which never materialized) highlighting several forum posters. Honestly not the best idea, but I don’t hold it against him … LOL.

Another good one!

Darren was one of those rising stars at Amazon. I knew what was going on in a lot of silos and eventually got to run one.

Lauren was just a great person, effective worker, and military wife who relocated when her husband was transferred. And she was Susan’s mentor.

Ricardo I also remember to be solid (I think it was Ricardo)

And so the hammer may drop on this one … Michelle_Amazon posted this

Hello @DailySupplies,

Michelle at Amazon here. I understand that you would like a seller account that you purchased to be reinstated. Per Amazon’s policy, accounts cannot be transferred. If you buy out another sellers Amazon business, then you are required to open a new Seller Account.

You also can only have one selling account unless there is a business need. Per this policy you can find the following information.

Multiple selling accounts on Amazon

You may only maintain one Seller Central account for each region in which you sell unless you have a legitimate business need to open a second account and all of your accounts are in good standing. If any of your accounts are not in good standing, we may deactivate all of your selling accounts until all accounts are in good standing.

Examples of a legitimate business justification include:

You own multiple brands and maintain separate businesses for each

You manufacture products for two distinct and separate companies

You are recruited for an Amazon program that requires separate accounts

As you purchased the business, you will be required to open a new seller account to list your items as long as your products are not the same as items you have currently listed, and you have a legitimate business need as stated above.

I hope you find this information helpful.

Regards,

Michelle

Day late, dollar short. Not only does 1 hand not talk to the other, the same hand doesn’t talk to itself. This post directly contradicts the other mod’s response. (Granted, the first post was wrong, but this is still hugely unprofessional)

Storefront seems to be active still, and they got some new feedback:

How the @$#% is this scumbag’s account still active???

Wow, the direct threat is a NICE touch. But also, that indicates he purchases from himself to be able to leave seller feedback

I guess when you’re under 70% positive because the text on your product labels makes people think they’re fake, you gotta do some manipulation to shore up the numbers.

If it wasn’t for all the strikeouts for various reasons he’d be under 50% positive

And they aren’t valid strike outs, so hes clearly abusing the feedback removal process.

I always thought the feedback system was more or less useless, this just solidifies that thought. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen the feedback system blatantly abused with no action taken. Who hasn’t seen sellers with the same “buyer” leaving 5, 10, or even more feedback all at once?

Also, no action is taken against sellers with consistently bad feedback (other than the ODR hit)

His feedback though, is exceptionally bad:

Shipping items that need to be kept cold improperly, selling already opened food products, and selling fakes, all of these are pretty serious complaints

I would wonder about inside help, but if that were the case those feedbacks would have disappeared overnight.

This thread is aptly titled and as new tidbits surface I continue to shake my head in amazement…

5 bucks says they remove your post for “inappropriate commentary” before they do anything about the actual feedback.

In this case maybe not because they seem to be onto the OP

I remember that, with no little amount of distaste, as do I view the fact that there were a slew of old hands who got timeouts for similar offenses (and/or others, correctly perceived by Amazon or not) between 2020 & 2022 - which seemed to ramp up further after the “New Year, New Voices” Initiative onboarded a passel of new mods & SMEs (“Subject Matter Experts”), culminating in the #FreeRacingRox rebellion shortly before the NSFE raised its ugly mug.

On a related note:

Many in our Seller community had found reason for speculation that different Amazonian’s were sometimes operating the same FMT (“Forum Moderator Team”) posting account - even as far back as the Age of “Aces” - but when SMEs were first deployed, we quickly found clear evidence of that being so with a couple of the very first SME accounts.

Likewise, some in our Seller Community found reason for speculation that AI implementations might be playing a role in such phenomena - even as far back as the succeeding Age of Jive - but shortly after the “New Year, New Voices” initiative deployed, it became increasingly clear, to even the fabled “Most Casual of Observers,” that there was a high probability that some posting accounts were entirely supported by AI.

LOL Troy_Amazon was the weakest link. Michelle_Amazon definitely deleted his inaccurate, obviously wrong replies before posting the correct response (but @MissMeliss has the receipts!).

And hey, it only took a week of Sellers hollering about it, too.
