I did. I put in the numbers of my county business tax license (but I don’t think there’s any validation on that field).
My re-verification was simple since I signed up as individual about 14 years ago. I just had to do driver’s license (jpeg) and credit card statement (pdf). The names matched on both documents so that was all they needed.
My name in Amazon was a bit different (middle initial) but they didn’t match it. I use a “display” name but they ignored that as well.

I was glad to see my disbursement went through this week because the banner under Account Info says “Limited access to selling services,” but nothing seems to have changed, it’s been business as usual.

So a solid stand-up guy, with a long and stellar history, gets digitally cavity searched twice in as many months. While off-shore scammers run about unmolested hijacking listings, selling knockoff supplements from Alibaba liquidations…
Can’t you down load a PDF of the current electric bill?
Or is that the one you used the first time?
Or download the last PDF gas bill or water bill …

I just got mine today too, and it certainly did not get triggered by a sales increase. 
I have read every single post I see about this process. But we all know I am a dinosaur with technology, so here I am requesting someone let me know the best way to send stuff to Amazon. Feel free to pretend I am dumber than an 8 year old, who could likely do this in a flash. I do not do well with photos, they always seem blurry. I have never learned how to get a photo from my phone to the computer, though I can get one from my digital camera to it. But how to make correct format? My printer has a scan setting, but again, never figured it out.
Thank you in advance for any help on this. I generally don’t stress about most of Amazon’s nonsense, but this one has me a bit worried, as I’m sure I’ll mess it up.

It should be (?) as easy as plugging your phone’s cord into your computer. I have an Android/PC, not an Apple/Mac and the charging cord has a mini plug end that plugs into the phone, and a USB plug on the other end that plugs into the charger. You can plug the USB end right into your computer and should be able to view the list of files on your phone and then you can copy and paste them to your computer, the same as any other file.
Alternatively, you can add a photo into a text and send it to your email, it will come through as an attached file, which you can then download to the computer.
For the challenged ones …
If you can download a PDF or JPG from an email … then gather your documents … 1 Photo ID like Driver’s License or Passport … 2 Credit Card statement (or bank statement) … 3 Utility Bill (electric, gas, water).
All documents need to have your name and address on it with the name and address matching what you have on Amazon as your Legal Entity.
Go to a FedEx store and have them create a scanned copy of the front and back of your Photo ID along with a scanned copy of your credit card statement and utility bill. Have FedEx email those PDFs or JPGs to you. When you get home, download the PDFs or JPGs onto your computer so you can then complete the re-verification and upload the PDF documents or JPGs.
This is for an individual seller (one who files IRS taxes with a schedule c with their SS#). A business would need to have the documents of business creation and proof that you are the owner of the business along with the credit card (bank) statement and utility bill all showing the same name and address (matching your Amazon Legal Entity). In this scenario, the IRS taxes would be filled separate for the business using an EIN.
Or you could spend a few minutes learning your scanner and avoid the FedEx trip and cost …
