I’m not really a wine drinker (I like the likka, baby! and even that in borderline-temperance moderation), so if I do go for wine, you know it’s serious. But “rare” wine sounds…interesting
Also, it took me about 20 years to realize that I prefer whites, despite my assumption (based on grape soda and koolaid?) that I should obviously prefer reds. I actually only like dessert reds.
