By design, only actual members of a Discourse Platform-hosted forum can be directly tagged.
That being said, it isn’t particularly difficult to craft a web-crawling spider that sends a notification of this or that mention of a targeted phrase (or word, or name, etc.) - and there exists some pretty credible evidence that Amazon crawls the SAS regularly.

There’s no “almost” with Susan. 
She’s old school Amazon, and twice the age (sometimes more) of the mods posting.
She’s made tough choices in the past that were best for both sellers and Amazon. Honestly, I thought giving several long time posters limited mod abilities to help in a new forum version, when she was alone in it, was one of them. Despite what some thought, it was well policed by her as evidenced by one losing their “Leader” status.
She was also always there when issues arose that affected all sellers, both directly posting in the forums and behind the scenes. We had several PM’s over the years on major issues.

If we were to fund “GoFundMe” pages to encourage honesty by Amazon reps, isn’t that the same “commercial bribery” that got Ephraim Rosenberg in such trouble?
But it is an interesting idea - offering a bounty for the facts.

There’s a limit to how much Amazon any one person can take. Maybe she has a soul - (rare for an Amazon associate at any level)
I wouldn’t last 3 days working for Amazon. I already know too much and don’t even work there.
Imagine what she knows about what really goes on there. Must be hard to sleep.

LOL not at all because no Sellers would be harmed by intentionally malign targeted actions of the Amazonian receiving money…but I see what you’re saying…so maybe some kind of tip jar where we Sellers can merely shape the behaviors of NSFE mods that we want to see???

Or a community jar where every time a mod says something stupid, useless, enraging, wrong, etc, they have to put in a dollar which goes to paying for the SAS servers to host correct answers?

If so, maybe get the Jars placed at Seller Support, @papy ,
so that they attempt to try to want to support sellers. [Because it seems their pay is for something other than supporting sellers, I still do not know precisely for what.]
